I take offense to you saying that the sheep were killed in a "humane" way. Meat, however you slice it, is not humane. Especially when young Turks are decapitating them without anesthetic. And fyi, there is certainly a humane and a inhumane way of killing animals.First of all you cannot give it anesthtic, because it would contaminate the meat, and you have to slit throat as quickly as possible as to not give any pain to the animal. many farms in the US do not practice this way. They club their animals to death or, butcher them while alive. Which way would you rather die?
